The insured's absence from work to attend court, tribunal, disciplinary or other proceedings insured under this policy at the request of the appointed advisor or whilst on jury service which results in loss of earnings.
1. Loss of earnings in excess of £1,000.
2. Any sum which can be recovered from the court or tribunal.
