a) A criminal investigation and/or enquiry by:
i) the police or Guarda;
ii) a health & safety authority; or
iii) other body with the power to prosecute; or
where it is suspected that an offence may have been committed that could lead to the insured being prosecuted.
b) A criminal interview under caution.
c) An offence or alleged offence which leads to the insured prosecuted in a court of criminal jurisdiction.
d) A motor prosecution brought against the insured which does not relate to professional golf.
Any claim relating to:
1. a parking offence.
2. legal costs and expenses in excess of £2,500 incurred for representation at a criminal interview under caution.
