A dispute between the insured and an insured's employee, ex-employee, or a prospective employee, arising from a breach or an alleged breach of their
a) contract of service with the insured; and/or
b) related legal rights.
A claim can be made under the policy provided that all internal procedures as set out in the
i) ACAS Code of Practice for Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures; or
ii) Labour Relations Agency Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures in Northern Ireland; or
iii) The Labour Relations Commission Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures in the Republic of Ireland.
have been or ought to have been concluded.
Any claim relating to legal costs and expenses for preparation and representation at an internal disciplinary hearing grievance or appeal.
