Following a claim we have accepted under insured event 9 employment, the insurer will pay any
a) basic and compensatory award
b) Employment Tribunal fees under Schedule 3 of the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Tribunal Fees Order 2013
awarded against an insured by a tribunal (or Rights Commissioner or Labour Court in the Republic of Ireland) or
c) an amount agreed by us in settlement of a dispute.
Provided that:
i) reasonable prospects of success exist for a wholly successful defence throughout; and
ii) compensation is
Compensation awards and settlements relating to:
1. money owed under a contract to an employee under a contract or a statutory provision relating thereto
2. trade union membership or non-membership, industrial or labour arbitration, collective bargaining agreements, trade union recognition or civil claims or statutory rights relating to trustees of occupational pension schemes.
